Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes — I do offer bulk and wholesale orders. Please email me at tbaoquyen@gmail.com with what you’re interested in (product, quantity, and your location), and I’ll get back to you with details.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship across the EU and to selected international countries. If you don’t see your country available at checkout, please contact me at tbaoquyen@gmail.com and I’ll see what are the possibilities :)

Please note: I currently ship to the US only for certain package weights due to tariffs and shipping restrictions.

When will my package arrive?

I ship with Czech Post (and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched). You can track your parcel anytime via the Czech Post Track & Trace page.

For orders within the Czech Republic, I also use Zásilkovna.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Czech Republic: usually a few business days (via Zásilkovna/Czech Post)

EU: 1–2 weeks

International: 2+ weeks (can be longer depending on customs and local carriers)

Please add about 1 week for handling/packing time before dispatch. I’m a one-woman business and I pack everything myself (sometimes with a little help from my mom), so it can take a bit longer during busy periods.

Do you offer local pickup?

Pickup is only possible in Prague. Write me an email to tbaoquyen@gmail.com if you don't want to pay for shipping and we will figure out something :)

Will I have to pay import taxes/custom duties?

If you’re outside of the EU, your package will include a customs declaration form.

Depending on your country’s rules, you may need to pay customs duties or import taxes when the parcel arrives in your country. These fees are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

What carrier will my package arrive with?

I ship all letters and packages with Czech Post (Česká pošta). In most countries, your parcel will then be delivered by your local national carrier (for example Royal Mail in the UK or USPS in the USA).

If you’re in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, I will ship your order via Zásilkovna.

What if my package gets stuck?

If your package seems stuck, don’t worry — you’ll always receive a tracking number, so you can check its status anytime.

If the tracking shows no movement for a long time or you think it may be lost, please email me at tbaoquyen@gmail.com
 with your order number and tracking link. I’m a small business, so my options are sometimes limited, but I’ll do my best to help.

If you need your order urgently, we can also discuss sending a replacement package, while we wait for the original one to return back to me.
