Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping destinations

I currently ship from the Czech Republic to selected countries in Europe and worldwide (depending on what’s available at checkout).

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination:

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (EU/UK): 3–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–20 business days

Please note: delays can happen due to peak seasons, weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Customs & import fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Incorrect address / undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn’t collected, you may need to pay for re-shipping.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if something is missing, please email tbaoquyen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item(s)

  • photos of the packaging

  • a photo of the shipping label

I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly.
