1) Returns (physical products)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

To start a return, email tbaoquyen@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you want to return. After you contact me, please send the item(s) back within 14 days.

Return conditions: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and ideally in the original packaging.

2) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Wrong or damaged item / my mistake: I will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement or refund.

3) Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, email me at tbaoquyen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • the item(s)

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

I’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

4) Digital products (no returns)

All digital products are non-refundable once the download (or access) has been delivered, unless the product is defective or cannot be accessed.

5) Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item(s), I’ll email you the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For EU withdrawals, refunds are made within 14 days from your withdrawal notice, but I may wait until the returned goods are received (or you provide proof of return).

6) Exchanges

If you want a different item, the easiest option is to return your item (following the steps above) and place a new order.
